Orders ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays of each week.
Orders placed later in the week typically ship the following Monday for safety and quality.

Refund Policy
Orders scheduled for shipping must be cancelled prior to the time the order is shipped. There are no refunds for local deliveries, barring unusual circumstances. The Zora & Josephine Tea Room is not responsible for orders impacted in any way by “Acts of God” (blizzards, forest fires, floods, windstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, and earthquakes).
Proper Food Handling Instructions
The Zora & Josephine Tea Room is committed to food safety. Sustainable materials are used in most cases. Recyclable products are used to adhere to food safety guidelines. Items are packed in USDA/UPS/FEDEX-approved packaging with appropriate cooling measures. Sandwiches arrive with components separated to preserve freshness. Assembly requires about 10 seconds per sandwich.

All food should be frozen or partially frozen upon arrival.

Remove all food and prepare to refrigerate immediately.

Stir all sandwich contents. Oils and mixtures tend to discolor and separate during freezing.

Remove the box(es) that read(s) “Pastries” and place in the fridge.

Remove the box(es) that read(s) “Sandwiches.” Assemble sandwiches and plate on a serving dish before placing in the fridge.

Food should stay refrigerated until tea time.
Tea Time Preparation Suggestions
